You've seen how the other services work. It's a trap.

Most "free" QR code generators run the same play, and it only springs after your codes are on paper:

  1. You make a "free" QR code. It works perfectly. You test it twice, just to be sure.
  2. You print it. On 150 wedding invitations. On a memorial program. On 5,000 product boxes. On the menu at every table.
  3. The trial ends. Quietly, 14 days later. Every printed code now points to an error page — or worse, an ad for the QR company.
  4. You get the ransom note. Pay $15–40 a month, forever, or everything you printed stays dead.

This happens to real people, constantly. One of the largest QR code generators on the web carries a 1.4-out-of-5 rating across more than 9,200 Trustpilot reviews — page after page of people whose invitations, signage, and packaging went dark. One bride discovered her RSVP code was dead after 150 invitations were printed and mailed.

The subscription companies can't fix this. The trap is their business model.

We built EverlinkQR on the opposite model: you pay once, and the code is yours. There is no switch on our side that turns your printed paper off. We removed it on purpose.

How it works

Three steps. About two minutes. No account required — just an email address so you can always get back in.

1

Point it anywhere

Paste the link you want your code to open — your RSVP page, menu, registry, tribute video, anything. Pay $19 once. That's the last time you'll ever pay us for this code.

2

Print with confidence

Download your code as a print-resolution vector SVG and high-res PNG — sharp at business-card size or on a banner. Test-scan it as many times as you like before it touches paper.

3

Edit it forever, free

Venue changed? Menu updated? Click the secure link we email you and change the destination in seconds. The printed code never changes — only where it goes. No login, no fee, no expiry.

Simple pricing. Paid exactly once.

One code

$19 one-time
  • One permanent QR code
  • Edit the destination forever, free
  • Print-resolution SVG + PNG
  • Scan statistics included
  • Never expires — no subscription to lapse
Buy for $19

Compare: dynamic-QR subscriptions run $15–40 a month for the tiers small businesses actually buy — and that's the annual-commitment price. Month-to-month costs 20–100% more, and some plans have no monthly option at all. EverlinkQR costs less than a single month — once.

Did your printed QR code just die?

Trial ended, subscription lapsed, or the provider just… broke it — and now it's printed on something that mattered. We can help.

Email us a photo — free diagnosis

Free QR diagnosis — honest answer

Send us the dead code (a photo is fine). We'll tell you exactly what happened and what's recoverable — including, honestly, when the already-printed pieces can't be saved because the old provider owns that link.

The diagnosis costs nothing and carries no obligation. If you want one, a permanent $19 replacement code can never be held hostage again — and we'll work out the reprint-versus-sticker decision with you and size the print files to match. If any pieces are still unprinted, we'll make sure the new ones never die.

Questions people rightly ask

How can you promise "forever" for $19?

Because redirecting a QR scan costs almost nothing. Your code points to our redirect service, which forwards scanners to your destination. The subscription companies charge monthly because they choose to — not because the service costs that much to run.

What happens if you shut down?

We have no intention of shutting down. The infrastructure runs on autopilot at close to no cost, so there is no month where keeping your codes alive becomes a burden we'd want to drop.

Still, you're printing something permanent, so here is what we commit to in writing if we ever discontinue the service: we give at least 12 months' public notice before any redirect is retired; we email every customer at the address they bought with; we publish the full list of codes and their destinations, so anyone can keep them working; and we look for a successor to take over the redirect domain rather than letting it lapse.

That last point is the one that matters, and it's smaller than it sounds: there is no proprietary technology here. Keeping your code alive takes a domain and a list. That's the whole handover.

No QR vendor can honestly promise eternity, and we won't pretend to. What we promise is the opposite of the trap: your code is never switched off as a pressure tactic, never held for ransom, and never dies quietly.

Can I really edit the destination after printing?

Yes — that's the whole point. The printed code contains a permanent short link that never changes. What that link points to is up to you, editable anytime through a secure link we email you. Change it once or a hundred times; the paper never needs reprinting.

Do I need an account or app?

No account, no app, no password. You buy a code with your email address, and a secure manage link arrives in your fulfillment email — downloads, destination edits, and scan stats all live behind that one link. Lose it? Ask us to resend it and it goes straight back to your purchase address, or email hello@everlinkqr.com.

What exactly do I get, and how fast?

Within minutes of paying: an email with your permanent short link, print-resolution files (vector SVG plus high-res PNG — what print shops ask for), and your secure manage page with destination editing and per-day scan counts. Codes use error-correction level H, so the printed pattern stays scannable even when up to ~30% of it is smudged, covered, or decorated — depending on where the damage falls, since the three corner squares need to stay clear.

Can you fix my already-printed dead code?

No — and neither can anyone else, so we won't pretend otherwise. A dead code printed with an old provider's link sends every scan to their server, forever; only they control where it goes, and even re-subscribing with them just re-arms the same trap. What we actually do: diagnose exactly what happened, free, with no obligation. Then, if you want, a permanent $19 replacement code plus print-ready files for the two real fixes — reprinting the piece, or covering the dead code with a printed sticker of the new one (we size the files for both). Anything not yet printed simply gets the new code.

What's the refund policy?

30 days, no questions, full refund — even after you've downloaded the files. Reply to your receipt or fulfillment email and it's done.

One thing to know, because it's the only case where an EverlinkQR code ever stops working: refunding a code retires it. The moment the refund goes through, the code stops redirecting and we email you to confirm both halves. That's deliberate — a refund means you got your money back, so keeping a working code wouldn't be honest in either direction. So don't print a code you're about to refund. Everything else stands: we never switch a code off for a missed payment, a lapsed plan, or a price rise, because there is nothing to miss, lapse, or raise.
